The Law Offices of Polizzotto & Polizzotto, LLC is a Staten Island law firm of long-standing founded by the late Alfred Polizzotto in 1962. A New York neighborhood lawyer, Mr. Polizzotto taught us to “always do right by our clients.” This is the philosophy by which we continue to operate today. We provide legal services in many areas of the law including estate planning, civil litigation, real estate law, divorce issues, and other areas of law.

Many of our dedicated staff members have been with the firm for many years—and in one case more than 40 years. All of our lawyers and other professionals on our staff share the law firm's commitment to treating clients like family. This is important when dealing with issues that are close to home, like negotiating a child custody agreement or Medicaid planning. In fact, some of the clients we serve are the children and grandchildren of clients served by Alfred Polizzotto in the 1960s.
